My recent introduction to the writing of Karen Marie Moning was The Immortal Highlander, one of a series filled with Scots and Druid mysticism.  I was hooked.

Karen Marie Moning weaves an enthralling yarn full of magic and romance in her Highlander books.  The later Fever series, with titles like Iced, Burned, and Shadow Fever combines urban fantasy with dystopian paranormal elements (fairies and Unseelie creatures).  Light or dark, romance or suspense, you’ll find there’s a reason her Facebook fan club is called Moning Maniacs.
